Reviewed by Ayman Hoque, Operations Manager, Live Dubai InternationalDubai Land Department broker card no. 55937 · Checked October 2026 · 25 sources
It was founded in 2002 and says it has handed over more than 10,000 homes, mostly towers in Dubai Marina and Business Bay. Build quality and branded partners (Six Senses, Jumeirah Living) are its main draw. The record on timing is mixed. Peninsula One was first due in Q4 2024 and was scheduled for handover in July 2025. Six Senses Residences The Palm was first expected in 2024 and completed in mid 2026. Payment plans are back-loaded, with 50% to 60% due on handover, so buyers need funds or a mortgage ready at completion. Prices sit at the premium end, and the company publishes no audited accounts or credit rating. As of October 2026 it has three Dubai projects on sale.

Resale data exists for Select Group's larger completed communities.
Resale data exists for Select Group's larger completed communities. One market tracker shows Marina Gate at about AED 3,000 per sq ft in Q2 2026, up from about AED 1,700 in Q3 2020, with an average gross yield of 5.6%. Registered medians at Peninsula in Business Bay sat between about AED 2,400 and 2,850 per sq ft during 2026, above the wider Business Bay resale average of AED 2,053 reported for 2025. Peninsula was only handed over in 2025 and 2026, so rental history there is short. All figures come from portals and brokerage trackers, not directly from Dubai Land Department, and should be checked against recent registered sales.

Payment plans
On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 400,000 before handover, AED 600,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
40/60 at Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina and 50/50 at Artistry One and Two. Reservation fees of AED 50,000 to 100,000 are typical (October 2026).
Homes worth AED 2 million or more can qualify under UAE rules. All three current projects are priced above that level. Approval is by the authorities, not the developer.
Not published. With 50% to 60% due on handover, many buyers use a bank mortgage for the final payment. Check terms with a bank early.
Off-plan payments in Dubai go into a project escrow account regulated by RERA, and sales are registered with Dubai Land Department (Oqood).
Select Group suits buyers who want a premium or branded apartment in a central area and who can fund a large payment at handover.
