Off-plan payments in Dubai go into an escrow account for that project, under Dubai’s escrow law and regulated by RERA. The developer can only draw on it as construction progresses.
Some developers let you pay part of the price after you get the keys, often over two to five years. It can make buying easier, but the total price is usually higher, so we compare both options with you.
