Live Dubai began in the UK, helping British expatriates buy property in Dubai. We opened in Dubai in 2003 as its first freehold area, Palm Jumeirah, came to market.
More than twenty years on, we’re still a small, family-run firm, with offices in Barsha Heights and London. We keep the team small and focused so you always know who you’re dealing with, and we’re always happy to give advice over a coffee.

As we bring Live Dubai into 2026, we do so with a fresh look, a growing team and more than twenty years in Dubai property.
From our perspective, property cycles are a nature of life and, just as surely, after the storm comes calm. We have seen Dubai through many market cycles and periods of uncertainty. While the current geopolitical environment naturally creates concerns, we remain confident in Dubai's long-term fundamentals as a global destination for business, investment, families and lifestyle.
As a family-run business, many of our clients are first-time investors, expatriates and international buyers new to the Dubai market. We understand that investing in a new country can feel daunting, which is why we guide our clients through the entire journey — from choosing the right property, whether ready or off-plan, through purchase, handover, snagging and renovation, to letting and ongoing property management.
As our clients' needs grow, so does our support. We also assist with Golden Visa and residency solutions, inheritance, succession, trusts and wider wealth planning, working alongside trusted professional advisers where specialist expertise is required.

A UCL civil engineer who worked on the Channel Tunnel project at Waterloo International, then ran JAC Strattons in Regent’s Park. In the UK he sold and bought development sites with Barratt Homes, Galliard and private developers. In Dubai he has led acquisitions in JVC, JLT and Palm Jumeirah.
