We manage more than 600 homes, so we can show you what your property would earn as a rental and what it would sell for, side by side. Many owners choose to keep it and let us manage it.
Questions we’re often asked
Can’t see yours? Ask us and we’ll answer within one working day.
What fees will I pay when I sell?
Usually our agency fee, your developer’s NOC fee and the cost of clearing any mortgage. The 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee is normally paid by the buyer. We give you a full breakdown with your valuation.
Can I sell if I still have a mortgage?
Yes. Your bank issues a liability letter, and the mortgage is cleared from the sale money at transfer. We coordinate this with your bank and the buyer.
Can I sell while a tenant lives there?
Yes. The tenancy carries on with the new owner. We arrange viewings with your tenant and make sure the tenancy contract and Ejari are in order for the buyer.
Can I sell from abroad?
Yes. You can sign through a power of attorney, and our London office can help with the paperwork.

For illustration only. This calculator gives estimates based on the figures you enter and our standard assumptions. It is not financial, tax or legal advice, and actual fees, rents, prices and mortgage terms will vary. Official fees are set by Dubai Land Department and the UAE Central Bank; other figures are typical estimates. Please speak to us, your bank and a qualified adviser before making decisions.
