Its website lists 27 projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi as of October 2026. Only two are complete: RA1N Residence (March 2026) and V1TER Residence (July 2026), both in JVC. Portal timelines show both finished about 10 to 14 months after the dates first published, and several other towers have passed their published dates with no completion announced. Prices are mid-market, with studios from about AED 700,000 and payment plans that often include a post-handover option. The company is private and publishes no financial accounts. It suits buyers who accept delivery risk in return for entry-level pricing and flexible plans. Check the DLD-registered completion date before you commit.

There is little resale history because the first towers only completed in 2026. Recent registered sales shown in listing data put RA1N and V1TER one-bedroom flats at about AED 1,280 to 1,350 per sq ft in July 2026. Off-plan resales in towers still under construction ranged from about AED 1,200 per sq ft at OZONE 1 to about AED 2,420 at EVERGR1N HOUSE. These are single transactions, not averages, so treat them as a guide only. No measured rental yields exist yet for the completed towers. The portal's 7% figure is an estimate, not actual rents.
