How you pay for Verdes by Haven
On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 100,000 on booking, AED 500,000 during construction, AED 400,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
60% before handover (about 10% on booking and 50% during construction) and 40% on handover.
Plans change between launches and unit types. We confirm the current plan in writing with the price list.
