On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 600,000 before handover, AED 400,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
5% on booking. Townhouses were sold on 60/40 and premium villas on 70/30, with the last share due on handover. Check the plan for the exact home.

Haven sits on the Dubai-Al Ain Road in Dubailand, opposite Al Habtoor Polo Resort. It is a car-based location with road links towards Downtown Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah; there is no metro station nearby.
