How you pay for Wadeem
On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 100,000 on booking, AED 400,000 during construction, AED 500,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
Reported as 10% on booking, 40% in instalments and 50% on handover of the plot. Modon has not published the plan on its website.
