Avita and Bella
Passo is a beachfront development of two 15-storey buildings, Avita and Bella, on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. It was announced at the end of July 2025 by Beyond Developments, part of the Omniyat Group, and is the brand's first project outside Dubai Maritime City. Completion is expected in 2029, with a DLD-based estimate of Q3 2029.

On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 100,000 on booking, AED 500,000 during construction, AED 400,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
