On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 200,000 on booking, AED 550,000 during construction, AED 250,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
A developer sales offer dated October 2026 shows 20% on booking, 30% in instalments over 42 months and 50% on completion. The launch plan was 20% on booking, 55% during construction and 25% on handover. Plans change by cluster and date, so ask for the current one.
