On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 200,000 on booking, AED 400,000 during construction, AED 400,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
20% on booking, 40% during construction, 40% on handover. DAMAC's page also shows a 1% monthly option.
