How you pay for DAMAC Lagoons
On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 500,000 before handover, AED 500,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
A 50/50 plan was offered on 2026 sales. Plans vary by cluster and some include payments after handover.
Plans change between launches and unit types. We confirm the current plan in writing with the price list.
