Living in Arjan
A growing community of low and mid-rise apartment buildings in Dubailand, next to Dubai Miracle Garden. Good-value rents with quick access to the main highways.

History
Arjan was launched in 2006 by Dubai Properties as part of Dubailand. Like many projects it was paused during the downturn around 2010, then picked up again.
Dubai Miracle Garden opened here in 2013, followed by the Dubai Butterfly Garden in 2015 and Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in 2018. Arjan now has a little over 100 buildings and is home to around 18,700 people.
What it’s like to live here
Mostly newer apartment buildings, many with pools and gyms, on quiet streets. It is still growing, so expect some building work, but it has a calmer feel than the busier city areas.

Young professionals, couples and families on a budget, and investors looking for good rental yields on studios and one-bedroom flats.

Schools, healthcare and shopping
Schools nearby include Safa Community School, Dubai Heights Academy, Brighton College Dubai, Repton School and Nord Anglia International School, with Chubby Cheeks Nursery for younger children.
