How you pay for Viewz
On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 300,000 before handover, AED 700,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
The developer's page lists a 30/70 plan and its 1% monthly plan. As the project is marked sold out, a resale buyer would take over the seller's schedule.
