Emirates Gardens

Also known as Emirates Garden 1 and 2; Rose, Lavender, Gardenia, Maple, Magnolia and Mulberry buildings

Twelve five-storey buildings by DAMAC in pairs: Rose, Lavender and Gardenia in phase 1, and Maple, Magnolia and Mulberry in phase 2. Homes are larger than most JVC studios and one-beds, so it suits tenants who want space at a mid-market rent. The trade-offs are age, a separate cooling bill for many leases and street-only visitor parking.
