Lakeside Towers
Also known as Lakeside Residence, Lakeside Towers A, B, C and D
Four DAMAC towers of studios and one-bedroom flats in Dubai Production City, finished in 2014–2015. Rents are among the lowest for a pool-and-gym building in this part of Dubai, which suits budget renters and yield investors. There is no Metro within walking distance, and guest parking is tight.
