As a guide, a full refit with us is about AED 100,000 for a studio, AED 150,000 for a one-bedroom and AED 200,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. The real figure depends on the size, the condition and the finishes you choose. The first survey is free and you then get a fixed, itemised quote.
