Living in Town Square
An affordable, family-friendly community by Nshama on Al Qudra Road, with apartments and townhouses set around a large central park.

History
Nshama launched Town Square in 2015 on about 750 acres, with plans for around 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments to be built over 10 years. The first families moved into the Zahra townhouses in 2017.
The community now has 16 gardens, cycling and jogging trails, a large central park, a cinema and a hotel. Newer phases are still being handed over.
What it’s like to live here
Built for families, with a big park at its heart that has a kids’ train, carousel, skate park, trampoline park and dog park. The community is gated and quiet, with supermarkets and cafes on site.
