  • Availability when checked: Sold out from the developer (2024); under construction; resale only

  • Handover slipped from Q3 2026 to Q4 2026, and as at November 2026 no handover has been announced publicly.
  • Tower count and bedroom mix differ between sources (three towers of 14 or 15 storeys; 1-3 or 1-4 beds). Confirm the tower and floor of any resale.
  • Check which payment plan (10/40/5/45 or 10/35/5/50) and how much post-handover balance remains to be paid on a resale unit.
