Before you buy
Before you buy, check
- Availability when checked: Sold out from the developer (both phases, per a major portal); under construction; resale only
- Developer stock is sold out; any purchase is a resale at a premium (a major portal records a 1-bed at AED 1,965,000 in June 2026 against AED 1.7 million at launch).
- Handover moved from end-2026 at launch to Q2 2027, and main contractors were only appointed in January 2026.
- Unit counts conflict (276, 284 and 'more than 500'). Confirm the phase, building and canopy position of any unit.
- Conversion of existing structures carries its own risk; ask what warranty covers the retained pavilion shells.
- Payment plan has no post-handover element, so 50% is due on completion.
Check the project and its escrow account with the Dubai Land Department before you pay.
