Before you buy

Before you buy, check

  • Elm and Ivy are shown as sold out on a major portal; check which buildings still have developer stock and whether a resale premium is being asked.
  • Two different handover dates apply (summer 2027 and December 2027) depending on the building; confirm which building and date is on your SPA.
  • Deyaar's record on dates: Regalia and Tria ran well past their first promised dates. Jannat at neighbouring Midtown, by contrast, came in early.
  • Dubai Production City is a secondary location with no metro; rental demand depends on affordability and road access rather than amenity.
  • Size ranges differ between the Deyaar website (433 to 1,277 sq ft) and the portals; check the net area on the floor plan.

Check the project and its escrow account with the Dubai Land Department before you pay.

Who Park Five suits2 kinds of buyer
  • First-time buyers and yield investors looking for a sub-AED 700,000 studio from a listed developer.
  • Buyers who want a low-rise community format rather than a tower and do not need a metro.
