How you pay for Greenz
On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 300,000 before handover, AED 700,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
A developer sales offer dated October 2026 shows the 30/70 plan as 10% on booking, 10% two months later, 5% in August 2027, 5% in April 2028 and 70% on handover, with completion expected by 31 December 2029. The developer has also described a plan of 1% a month. Confirm in writing which one applies to your home.
