On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 300,000 before handover, AED 700,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
The developer's page lists a 30/70 plan and also promotes its 1% monthly plan. The exact split is not set out on the page, so ask for the schedule in writing.
