Before you buy

Before you buy, check

  • Availability when checked: Sold out from the developer; structure nearly complete with facade and finishing under way (Q2 2026). Resale only.
  • Sold out from the developer; all purchases are resale. Check the premium against the March 2023 launch prices and confirm the seller's payment position with Deyaar.
  • Two dates in circulation: 1 October 2026 (Deyaar website) and December 2026 (a major portal). No handover announcement by November 2026, so expect some slippage.
  • A major portal recorded construction at 34% in December 2025 while Deyaar reported the final tower slab being cast in Q2 2026; the figures do not reconcile and the DLD project status should be checked.
  • Dubai Maritime City is still a construction zone; day-to-day amenities are off the peninsula.
  • Unit count (580) comes from a major portal, not from Deyaar.
