The Crescent

Also known as The Crescent Towers A, B and C

Three DAMAC towers set around a curved forecourt in Dubai Production City, among the oldest homes in the area. Large studios and roomy two-bedroom flats let for low rents, which suits budget renters and yield investors. The buildings are ageing, and most residents need a car.
