- Phases B and C show Q4 2027 handover and from AED 550,000 on a major portal; D and E show Q2 2028 from AED 630,000. Make sure the client knows which they are buying.
- Unit counts for the later phases are not published.
- Portal shows 19 resale listings in phase E already, so there is competition on exit.
