How you pay for Sera Phase 2
On a home priced at AED 1,000,000 that is AED 100,000 on booking, AED 700,000 during construction, AED 200,000 on handover. Government registration fees are paid on top.
10% on booking, 70% during construction (can be split into seven instalments), 20% on handover.
