Bathroom renovation in Dubai
How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Dubai?
It depends on the size of the bathroom, the tiles and fittings you choose and how much plumbing moves. We do not quote a figure before seeing the flat. The first survey is free, and you then get a fixed, itemised quote that shows each bathroom as its own line.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A bathroom on its own is quicker than a full refit. How long depends on the work and the approvals the building requires, and we talk through the timing with you at the survey.
Do I need permission to renovate a bathroom in a Dubai apartment?
Most buildings need approval from the building management before work starts, and usually take a refundable deposit and set working hours. We apply for what the job needs.
Can you renovate just the bathrooms?
Yes. Bathrooms are among the rooms that most change how a flat photographs and lets. At the survey we tell you what we think is worth doing and what is not.
Who does the work?
We are the project managers. Our team plans the job, gets the approvals and manages the contractors through to handover. The building work is done by contractors we use again and again.
Is there a warranty on the bathroom?
The materials come with their makers warranties and we pass those on to you. We do not sell a separate workmanship warranty.
