Living in The Greens and The Views
Two established, pet-friendly Emaar communities just off Sheikh Zayed Road: low-rise apartments set around gardens in The Greens, and golf-view towers in The Views.
History
Both are part of Emaar’s Emirates Living, the master plan that began with Emirates Hills in 1999. The Greens was launched in 2001 and its first buildings were finished in 2003.
The Views followed, with towers such as The Links in 2007, The Fairways in 2008 and Mosela in 2010. The Greens has 40 low-rise buildings in 10 complexes, while The Views mixes towers with golf and canal villas next to the Emirates Golf Club.
What it’s like to live here
Green and relaxed, with gardens, lakes, pools and shaded walkways. The Greens has a dog park and a community garden called The Backyard, and The Greens Souk has cafes and restaurants. The Views is quieter, with golf course and lake views.

Getting around
Dubai Internet City Metro station is about 3 minutes’ drive, and feeder buses F31 and F35 serve the area. Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road are close by. Mall of the Emirates is about 10 minutes away, and Downtown and Dubai International Airport about 20 to 25 minutes.
Schools, healthcare and shopping
Regent International School is in The Greens, and GEMS World Academy and Dubai National School are nearby.

- Parking: most flats have one space, and street parking is hard to find
- The buildings are older, so finishes and upkeep vary
