Living in DAMAC Hills
A golf community built around the Trump International Golf Club, with villas, townhouses and apartments, Jebel Ali School and the Malibu Bay wave pool.

History
DAMAC launched the community in 2013 as Akoya by DAMAC, its first master development, on a plot of about 42 million sq ft. The first apartments overlooking the golf course were finished in late 2015.
In 2017 it was renamed DAMAC Hills, the same year the Trump International Golf Club opened. Jebel Ali School moved its campus here, and the Malibu Bay wave pool opened in 2020. DAMAC planned more than 4,000 villas and around 7,500 apartments.
What it’s like to live here
Green and spacious, with the golf course running through the middle and parks, sports courts and pools around the clusters. It is quiet and family-focused, with a school, supermarkets and a hotel on site.
Who it suits

Schools, healthcare and shopping
Jebel Ali School is inside the community, and Dibber Nurseries has a campus nearby.
