- 24/7 Night Swimming Beach: For those who enjoy late-night dips, Dubai’s first 24/7 night swimming beach will open in Deira.
- Floating Pedestrian Bridge: Al Mamzar Beach will feature Dubai’s first floating pedestrian bridge, a 200-metre marvel connecting both sides of the beach.
- Extensive Redevelopment: Al Mamzar will see changes to 4.3 kilometers of its site, while Jumeirah (1) will undergo redevelopment over 1.4 kilometers.
